Since 1993 the call has gone out to keep Demopolis schools strong and vibrant.  Fans of the schools sstem and alumni, both businesses and individuals, have answered that call from the Demopolis City Schools Foundation.  

They recognize the impact quality education has on the city.  They have provided a legacy for the future.  Investments from supporters go directly into classrooms to provide the resources that Demopolis educators use to reach and teach their students. 

Those extras go beyond what the school system can pay for. Annual grants to teachers provided by the Demopolis City Schools Foundation support education at all four campuses and in every subject.  Grant funding impacts curricula from math and science to music and drama; from English, Spanish and French to computer software, from library books to P.E. equipment. 

But the call still goes out.  The need remains – and grows with each new class of students.  Become a part of one of the most vibrant school systems in Alabama.  Make sure Demopolis students are prepared to step into the roles they will have in the 21^st century.
